Job Summary

Looking for someone with experience supporting integration planning between TDI solutions and existing systems and processes

NOTES:

  • Experience supporting integrations planning between the TDI solution and existing systems and processes
  • Strong background in business analysis with experience supporting IT initiatives
  • IT background with exposure to cybersecurity concepts and technologies preferred

Location: Oakland CA (100% Remote)/MUST LIVE IN CA

Business Analysis

  • Gather document and validate business and technical requirements across multiple stakeholders and locations
  • Translate high-level program objectives into clear requirements use cases and implementation considerations
  • Support integration planning between the TDI solution and existing systems and processes
  • Document assumptions constraints risks and dependencies

Project Support and Coordination

  • Follow our project management principles and standards
  • Develop and maintain core project artifacts such as project plans timelines status reports risk and issue logs decision logs and meeting notes
  • Coordinate activities across campuses medical centers vendors and internal teams
  • Track milestones action items and deliverables escalating risks or issues as needed
  • Support governance forums working sessions and stakeholder communications

Financial Analysis and Modeling

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting forecasting and long-term cost planning
  • Analyze implementation licensing integration and operational cost components
  • Support multi-year budget planning and scenario analysis related to systemwide deployment

Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure clear consistent communication across a complex multi-entity environment
  • Prepare executive-level summaries and detailed working materials as appropriate
  • Facilitate meetings workshops and planning sessions with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ensure documentation is accurate well-organized and accessible

Deliverables

Expected deliverables may include:

  • Requirements documentation and use cases
  • Implementation and rollout plans
  • Financial models and budget support materials
  • Project status reports and dashboards
  • Risk issue and dependency tracking artifacts
  • Meeting agendas notes and decision documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in business analysis with experience supporting IT initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication organization and documentation skills
  • Experience developing financial models and supporting budget planning
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and governance structures
  • IT background with exposure to cybersecurity concepts and technologies preferred

The most critical success factors for this role are strong communication organization and the ability to effectively coordinate across many moving parts while maintaining clarity structure and forward momentum
