Job title : Project Manager

Client : Aerospace manufacturing Industry

Duration : 6 months(Temp to Hire)

Location : Phoenix AZ

Shift : 1st shift(8 am to 5 pm)

Description
Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning coordination and execution of industrial construction projects. Who integrates project management oversight with on-site leadership ensuring all work is performed safely efficiently and in accordance with design specifications budget and schedule.
Plan budget and manage industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Coordinate with owners engineers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Oversees field operations site safety and subcontractor performance.
Coordinate with Purchasing the procurement of materials and equipment including long-lead industrial components.
Review plans drawings and specifications to ensure compliance and quality.
Prepare progress reports track costs and manage changes.
Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety standards.

Ensure city permits are submitted and all projects are in compliance with city requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil/Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years experience in industrial heavy civil or large commercial projects (manufacturing processing warehouse or utilities preferred).
Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and process systems.
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods scheduling and cost control.
Proficiency in MS Project.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
