Job Summary
This is a full-time hybrid role (with the possibility of 100% remote work for an exceptional candidate) for a Personal Lines Account Manager based out of Wellesley MA.
The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts handling customer service inquiries and providing personal insurance solutions. The role requires strong critical-thinking skills across various scenarios including remarketing renewals policy inquiries billing questions claims assistance and more.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications-
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required

Strong account management and customer service skills

Knowledge of personal insurance lines and general insurance concepts

Experience working with multiple insurance carriers

Ability to collaborate effectively with Account Managers and Producers

Proven ability to round out accounts with existing clients

Applied Epic experience is a plus
