This role needs someone who wants to learn and has a high knowledge of current trends/apparel. This is a super fun team to work with must love and understand client culture.
HM is open to relocating candidates (travel not paid must be here in 2 weeks notice).
Responsibilities
Who Youll Work With
Collaborate with Design Development Merchandising & Brand teammates to create industry-leading apparel with compelling consumer-centric stories. Foster strong relationships across the client Apparel Family
Act as a proactive partner during critical checkpoints and planning moments
What You Will Work On

Support all stages of the product creation process at speed

Drive product and operational excellence from brief to final product approval
-
Lead product creation workflow through data management and cross-functional collaboration
-
Deliver on key dates and maintain accountability as a teammate
-
Uncover consumer and marketplace insights to inform product briefs
-
Monitor progress against objectives and support product management to deliver lines to market
-
Ensure accuracy in key systems tools trackers and sample management
-
Participate in meetings and provide clear communication through critical checkpoints
-
Own sub-segments of the apparel line and lead product creation from concept to commercialization and production
-
Deliver on critical dates product specifications sustainability performance and profitability goals
Requirements

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
2 years of product experience or related experience in merchandising retail or product
-
Curiosity and strong desire to learn about new consumers ideas and opportunities
-
Strong eye for trends and product with style sensibility
-
Proven track record of fostering a collaborative team environment
-
Basic understanding of apparel construction and storytelling process
-
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
-
Strong team player with a positive attitude
-
Process-driven with strong organizational skills

Self-starter with ability to manage ambiguity and change
