Duties & Responsibilities
Job Position: Internal Sales Representative - technical/construction
Ref: 5141
Location: PE / Gqeberha
Salary: R12 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience
Ideal candidate will have a natural sales aptitude be technically minded and excel in providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications / Requirements:
Minimum of Grade 12
Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferably in a technical or construction-related industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand technical specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for sales
Personable and capable of building strong customer relationships
Technically minded with the ability to understand and communicate technical details
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
Key Performance Areas:
Quote management:
Receive and process quotation requests from customers
Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers
Follow up on quotations to convert them into sales
Collaborate with the Draftsman to address any technical queries related to quotations
Customer service:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Sales support:
Assist External Sales Representatives with quotations preparation and technical queries
Provide support to the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
Performance management:
Track and report on quote conversion rates
Speed and accuracy of quote delivery
Continuously strive to improve performance metrics
Collaboration
Work closely with the Draftsman and external sales team to ensure technical accuracy of quotations
Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications / Requirements:
Minimum of Grade 12
