Vice President of Global Sales (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote Open to LATAM & South Africa
Compensation: USD $5000 $7000/month (based on experience)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Global Sales to lead and scale our global sales function. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth defining global sales strategy building and leading a high-performing sales team and strengthening key client relationships across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Lead mentor and grow a distributed international sales team
- Drive new client acquisition and oversee the full sales lifecycle
- Establish quarterly and annual sales targets and deliver accurate forecasting
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies territories and incentives as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with marketing on sales enablement and promotional initiatives
- Oversee RFP responses and complex sales opportunities
- Provide regular sales reporting and insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business International Business Sales Marketing or equivalent experience
- 4 years of international sales experience in freight forwarding transportation logistics or global mobility
- 4 years of sales leadership or people management experience
- Strong understanding of KPIs forecasting and sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills and experience working across cultures
- Self-directed results-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced global environment
