Job Summary
Red Ember Recruitment is seeking on behalf of our client a Sales Representative based in Gauteng to grow the companys customer base maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue through effective field sales activities.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated results-driven individual who is confident in face-to-face sales comfortable working independently and eager to contribute to business growth within the construction and property development industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and site visits
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Present and promote company products/services to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing terms and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Gather market and competitor insights and report back to management
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Matic- Grade 12
- Proven experience in sales 3 years
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings
- Basic computer skills (email excel reporting)
Advantageous (but not required)
- Experience in field sales
- Knowledge of the local market
