About the Team

The Strategic Key Accounts Executive is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy and presents an outstanding opportunity to work on strategic sales cycles with a customer base representing the largest organisations in the Swiss region.

As part of Miros strategic sales team you will have the opportunity to develop strategise negotiate and close business with some of the largest companies this role you will partner closely with Customer Success Sales Development and solution engineering teams. You have accountability for the worldwide footprint of these multinational accounts.

About the Role

As a Strategic Key Accounts Executive you are responsible for managing a portfolio of the largest swiss customers. You will lead a cross functional account team and set the account strategy and operating plan to achieve your expansion goals and long term customer success.
In this role you will think big and strategically about how we align to and accelerate customers strategic change programs whilst also focusing in delivering on target.

What youll do

  • Define and execute a country-level account strategy for priority Swiss enterprises and public sector with clear 1218-months account plans stakeholder maps and value hypotheses by vertical (FSI pharma public industrial)
  • Drive renewals and expansion with a 180day rhythm: qualify with MEDDICC land trueups/ELAs and orchestrate multithreaded exec alignment to protect GRR and grow ARR
  • Navigate Swiss procurement and compliance endtoend: publicsector RFPs data residency/privacy expectations security assessments (e.g. positioning Enterprise Guard) legal/commercial alignment and clean approvals to signature
  • Build and sustain Clevel relationships incountry: create business cases tied to local priorities secure executive sponsors and run inperson QBRs/steering cadence
  • Lead the virtual deal team and partners: set operating rhythm for SE CS PS/TAM Legal Security and enable cosell with the Swiss reseller/SI ecosystem to accelerate access and delivery
  • Maintain forecasting rigor and CRM hygiene: weekly commit/bestcase risk/upsides crisp close plans and accurate product mix to support planning

What youll need

  • Proven enterprise SaaS track record in DACH/CH with 100% quota attainment and multiple multithreaded deals $150k ARR closed as primary seller
  • Crossfunctional virtual team leadership (SE CS PS/TAM Legal Security Partners Exec sponsor) with a clear operating rhythm decision logs and conflict resolution
  • Endtoend ownership of 612 month complex deal cycles navigating Procurement Legal and InfoSec with disciplined use of MEDDPICC to control the critical path
  • Renewal and expansion leadership protecting GRR driving trueups and ELA structures and running a 180day renewal cadence to grow ARR predictably
  • Executivelevel incountry Clevel selling (agendadriven meetings business cases and inperson QBRs) with credible security/compliance conversations
  • Swissspecific procurement and compliance expertise (publicsector RFPs data residency/privacy expectations) and security value selling (e.g. Enterprise Guardtype motions)
  • Rigid forecasting rigor and CRM hygiene (weekly commit/bestcase risks/upsides accurate product mix) with handson proficiency in Salesforce/Gong
  • Partner cosell experience with the Swiss reseller/SI ecosystem to accelerate access credibility and servicesled adoption
  • Language and culture: fluent German (Swiss German capable) and English; French is a plus; adept with Swiss business norms and stakeholder expectations
