Works closely with the Director of Marketing on campaigns and materials. Networks with community agencies organizations to coordinate and facilitate resource fairs information sessions and campus connections. Collaborates with Workforce Development regarding recruitment of non-traditional and facilitates new student orientation. Coordinates information and orders supplies and materials to be provided. Schedules rooms at each campus. Develops orientation brochure. Conducts reminders call to students. Inputs orientation information into student information system. Completes orientation high school counselor local schools and businesses to promote SSCC to interested prospective students. Staffs information booth. Distributes information packets brochures and other materials to high school counselors and other local and surrounding college and career fairs. Responds to reply cards collected at fairs. Maintains contacts file of secondary students who complete reply cards. Manages set up and staffing of informational booth at county fairs and other events. Coordinates booth design establishes schedule supplies booth with informational material promotional items and giveaways. Composes letters and sends material to prospective students and parents. Responds to email inquiries sent to and program specific info requestsConducts campus tours for prospective students and their parents. Assembles SSCC information packets to be distributed during campus visits. Composes and sends follow up registrations guides and other College literature to local businesses and schools. Composes customized letters to accompany presentations at high schools to present SSCC general information and College Credit Plus (or similar early college program) information.
