Position Purpose:
Inside Sales - Commissioned is responsible for developing new leads and revisiting lost customer relationships communicating with customers understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. Drives business growth by building relationships with new and existing customers in the Pool/Landscape industry. This role involves proactive sales initiatives outbound calls and efficient order processing while maintaining excellent customer service and ethical conduct. The position requires an entrepreneurial spirit teamwork and a solution-oriented approach using digital sales tools and CRM systems to enhance customer interactions and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

The position reports directly to the Branch Manager and does not directly manage other employees.
Travel Requirements:
Requires minimal travel limited to occasional attendance at trade shows industry association events and company sponsored events as necessary to support sales and customer relationship efforts.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves prolonged desk work and computer use requiring repetitive hand movements and fine motor skills. The ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally is needed.
