Job Summary
Zoox is seeking a dynamic Talent Programs Specialist to support and drive specialized talent initiatives across the organization. This role blends program execution strategic support and recruitment-focused activities to ensure our talent programs attract engage and develop high-potential employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment brings a strong understanding of talent processes and is passionate about creating impactful programs that support organizational goals.
In this role you will:
- Partner with hiring managers and talent teams to identify talent needs and recruit candidates for specialized programs including sourcing screening interview coordination and offers.
- Support program execution including event planning communications data tracking and participant engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and alignment with broader talent strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery and integration with broader HR and talent initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of recruiting experience in a competitive industry
- Experience managing an end-to-end talent program (i.e. University Relations Internal Mobility etc.)
- Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to drive talent-focused initiatives.

- Bachelors degree
- Technical recruiting experience
- Experience leveraging data to inform and improve talent strategies.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $116000 to $139000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling and positioning within a level are determined by a range of factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant years of experience domain knowledge and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting represents the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
