Job Summary

Visa is seeking an Analyst Talent Acquisition Program Management to support and scale Visas Global Internship Program. This role owns the endtoend design delivery and optimization of multisite programs for interns managers and volunteers partnering closely with Talent Acquisition People Ops and global stakeholders. 

You will balance strategy and execution managing multiple workstreams building scalable program frameworks and using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fastpaced matrixed environments influences without authority and turns strategy into measurable operational impact. 

What Youll Do: 

Program Design Delivery & Operations 

  • Design and continuously improve core program components for up to 500 interns including: Skills development career and personal growth experiences mentorship programs hackathons case competitions communitybuilding and social programming 

  • Support the design and deliver orientation and preboarding experiences across 12 offices in partnership with People Ops teams (EndUser Support Preboarding AskPeople). 

  • Manage 5-8 concurrent workstreams ensuring deliverables timelines and quality standards are met. 

  • Act as a subjectmatter expert for managers interns and site leads delivering guidance through email webinars documentation and live trainings. 

  • Support marketing and engagement campaigns 

Volunteers Management 

  • Support the strategy and execution of the North America Internship Program scaling programs through 50 site leads and volunteer partners. 

Data Insights & Continuous Improvement 

  • Own the creation of global program surveys in Qualtrics 

  • Evaluate program effectiveness and health through quantitative and qualitative analysis producing annual program readouts with insights and recommendations. 

  • Use data and research to identify root causes optimize processes and drive operational efficiencies. 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)
  • 4 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)
  • 3-5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree or 4 years of additional related experience in lieu of degree
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to build and run multiple programs under competing deadlines
  • Experience designing documenting and maintaining scalable processes and policies
  • Strong consultative and relationshipbuilding skills partnering effectively across functions and levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop reporting metrics and insights to inform business and program decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including delivering clear compelling presentations
  • Creative solutionsoriented thinker with strong problemsolving and continuous improvement skills
  • Leadership presence and credibility to engage senior leaders and global stakeholders
  • Strong data analysis agile execution and process optimization capabilities
  • Proven experience managing multiple workstreams for mid to largescale programs
  • Experience with event planning and logistics in a professional or programmatic setting
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (SmartRecruiters and Workday preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Windows environments
  • Experience in surveying tools (Qualtrics preferred)
  • Proficiency in AI tools to automate workflows including Copilot and PowerAutomate

Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 94400.00 to 146700.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
