The Bank Survey Executive is responsible for conducting surveys and gathering feedback from customers to help improve the bank's services. They will analyze survey data prepare reports and provide recommendations to management based on the findings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys with bank customers to collect feedback and suggestions.
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to implement improvements based on survey findings.
- Present survey results and recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Previous experience in market research or survey analysis is preferred.
