Job Description
We are looking for experienced Auto Claims professionals to support US insurance portfolios. The role involves end-to-end claims handling with a strong focus on communication documentation and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end Auto claims from FNOL to closure
* Review investigate and process auto claim documentation accurately
* Coordinate with insurance carriers adjusters repair shops and internal teams
* Provide timely claim updates and respond to client or carrier queries
* Ensure compliance with US insurance guidelines SLA and quality standards
* Maintain accurate records and updates in claims management systems
Required Skills & Experience
* 3 years of experience in US Auto claims handling
* Strong understanding of the Auto claims lifecycle
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in claim investigation settlement and documentation
* Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working in US shifts
Education
* Any Graduate / Post Graduate
