We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team at Westfield Fountain Gate our regional flagship centre.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager youll help keep the centre running efficiently and safely by coordinating contractors managing work orders and supporting compliance and operational standards.
Beyond day-to-day operations the role also offers strong development opportunities with exposure to projects systems and planning activities to build your skills and prepare for your next career step. A strong work ethic drive and willingness to take ownership are key to success.

What sets you apart
Youre organised proactive and solutions-focused with a practical approach to facilities coordination. Youre confident managing contractors prioritising work orders and communicating clearly with stakeholders in a busy retail environment. You bring a strong work ethic drive and willingness to take ownership and are eager to develop your skills and gain experience across projects systems and planning.
Experience in facilities property retail or building operations is beneficial and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who want to grow their capabilities in facilities management.
