Whats the role

As a Manager you will oversee the financial integrity of the trading activities within the bank and maintain the control framework. You will responsible along with senior analyst for the accurate reporting and analysis of the banks trading positions profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet. Your role involves close collaboration with front office traders risk management operations and other finance teams to ensure comprehensive control and understanding of the trading business.

You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while serving as the first point of contact for senior analysts addressing their queries and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Additionally you will support the implementation of new financial systems processes and controls to enhance operational efficiency and governance.

What do I need

  • Significant experience in FICC product accounting like Credit Rates Commodities & FX.
  • Extensive experience in product control financial control or trading desk support within a banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products including derivatives fixed income and foreign exchange.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software including Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or a related field. CPA CFA or other relevant professional qualification preferred.
