Koniag Data Solutions LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Tier 3 Level EM Development and Testing Support Services to support KDS and our government customer at Joint Base San Antonio TX. Serves as a top-tier specialist in designing developing and testing advanced solutions for DHAs complex IT infrastructure spanning military hospitals medical clinics and dental clinics the development and testing of sophisticated enterprise management solutions that support and enhance DHAs global network including approximately 250000 end-user devices 3000 physical and virtual servers across 250 sites and various enterprise applications and all development and testing activities align with DHAs architectural and technical designs for IT infrastructure systems and comply with DoD cybersecurity requirements Risk Management Framework (RMF) and various DoD strategies including Zero Trust ICAM Digital Modernization and Cybersecurity Reference and implements advanced software solutions scripts and tools to automate and optimize enterprise management includes creating custom applications for system monitoring performance optimization security enhancement and operational and executes comprehensive testing strategies including unit testing integration testing system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the reliability scalability and security of developed efforts in implementing cutting-edge development methodologies and testing frameworks such as Agile DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) that all developed solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and meet the stringent security and performance requirements of the DHA a crucial role in troubleshooting complex issues performing root cause analysis and developing innovative solutions to enhance the overall performance and reliability of DHAs IT to the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure 24-hour operational support closely with other enterprise management teams to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored expert guidance on best practices in software development testing methodologies and quality assurance significantly to Knowledge Management by documenting development processes testing procedures and lessons independently providing mentorship to junior developers and testers while collaborating with other high-level technical experts across various IT in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and tools that can enhance DHAs enterprise management :Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical degree (Masters) high-level certifications (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent) are highly :8-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise-level software development and testing with at least 5 years in a Tier 3 or equivalent senior technical have extensive experience in developing and testing complex solutions for large-scale IT environments preferably in military or healthcare expertise in multiple programming languages testing frameworks and enterprise management tools is :Ability to obtain a public trustOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
