As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Level I at CSI Engineering USA you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support to clients addressing their inquiries resolving issues and ensuring their needs are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner via phone email or chat.
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service focus at all times.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service delivery goals.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Desired Experience:
- 2-8 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Experience working in the engineering industry is a plus.
- Experience using ticketing systems and call center software.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $23 per hour.
