Were looking for someone to lead and deliver impactful community investment projects across Bristol with a strong focus on central Bristol and our growing stock in the wider area. Your role will be all about connecting with customers understanding their needs and helping communities flourish.

Bring Abris Community Investment Strategy to life through:

• Health and wellbeing initiatives
• Community empowerment projects
• Creating inclusive thriving hubs
• Work closely with residents partners and internal teams
• Design and deliver programmes that build resilience and belonging

What were looking for:

Were looking for someone self-motivated and proactive in spotting opportunities who can be confident and resilient in face-to-face engagement.

You will need to be skilled at handling challenging situations and a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate for this role needs to be passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for communities whilst being experienced in community development engagement or similar roles.

We are also looking for someone experienced in facilitating events workshops and activities.

This role is all about direct engagement with our customers. Helping to build trust respect and forging strong relationships with residents and local stakeholders while delivering targeted interventions aligned with Abris Community Investment strategy.

This is a field-based role with expectations to travel to the nearest office located in Yeovil (Lupin Way Yeovil Somerset BA22 8WN). Further details will be discussed at interview stage. Living within Bristol or the surrounding areas is desirable.

We host a two-stage interview process. If shortlisted you will be invited to an assessment day taking place at our Yeovil office on Wednesday 11 February. If successful formal interviews will then follow on Teams on either Thursday 12 February or Tuesday 17 February.
