**Job Description:**

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at our firm you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes but is not limited to maintaining channels posting job ads screening resumes arranging interviews optimizing processes and negotiating offers. You will play a critical role in developing strategies to source top talent in a highly competitive environment and engaging with industry networks to identify professionals who can contribute significantly to our team. Additionally you will assist with campus recruitment activities and develop recruitment tools to enhance operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including but not limited to maintaining channels posting job positions screening resumes arranging interviews optimizing processes and negotiating offers.

- Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels by exploring multidimensional approaches for sourcing targeted headhunting and continuously engaging with top talent.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and deeply understand the market to develop and implement high-end talent search and outreach plans. Screen and evaluate candidates for fit and achieve annual recruitment goals.

- Assist in conducting campus recruitment activities including establishing contacts with target schools and organizing online and offline recruitment events.



Requirements

-Bachelors degree or higher with 3 years of work experience in end-to-end high-end tech/quant research talent acquisition preferably within tech companies hedge funds quantitative firms or recruitment agencies specializing in quantitative roles.

- Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ambition. Results-oriented with high resilience and adaptability as well as a good team spirit.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in English as a working language.
