Previous experience working with and supporting children with exceptionalities is an First Aid/CPR certificateExperience using Microsoft OfficeExperience with XPlor Recreation (formerly PerfectMind) recreation program software would be an FIVE Principles of Healthy Child DevelopmentValid Drivers Licence in good standingThe successful candidates will be expected to work some weekends depending on program and training needs. Mandatory camp training days are scheduled in June and successful candidates must be available to work on Canada Day. Hours of work will be thirty-five (35) hours per week prior to the start of camp and then ranging from forty (40) to forty-four (44) hours per week during camps depending on business Rate: $25.27 to $27.33 (2026 rate)Please note:To be eligible for this job students must be enrolled in full-time post-secondary education. Preference is given to those returning to full-time post-secondary studies in the fall. Students may be asked to provide proof of interview formats are available for this Town student positions are subject to budget approval and thus may be subject to candidates will be required to complete a background check including either a vulnerable sector check or a criminal record and judicial matters check as permitted under Ontarios Police Record Checks Reform Act and in accordance with the duties of the candidates are invited to apply no later than 12 p.m. on January 30 2026.
