Salary: $ 36.60 CAD / hourContact: Please send resumes to and include Office and Inventory Manager in the email subject : Overseeing and coordinating the hospital administrative procedures and reviewing evaluating and implementing new proceduresCreating and implementing protocols and procedures for complex hospital administrative activities such as maintaining patient medical records purchasing order invoices and other documents and archiving of recordsEstablishing work priorities delegating work to support administrative staff and ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followedCoordinating and planning for office services relocations equipment supplies forms disposal of assets parking maintenance and security servicesConducting analyses and overseeing administrative operations related to budgeting and management processesAssisting in preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controlsAssembling data and preparing periodic and special reports manuals and correspondenceMay supervise other administrative and hospital staffResponsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with vendors suppliers and medical representatives in providing our clients and patients with the best and latest technology and innovation in the healthcare sectorRequirements: A University degree or college diploma in business or a related field is required2 years of experience in an Office and Inventory Manager role or similar is requiredExperience working in a veterinary hospital environment is an assetAbility to work evenings and weekends as requiredStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask
