How Does the Emergency Hire Process Work

An Emergency hire is a temporary position that allows for employment in any urgently needed role.
An Emergency hire can work for sixty (60) days and shall not exceed two (2) consecutive sixty (60) day periods or one-hundred and twenty (120) total business days. To be considered for an Emergency Hire position the prospective hire must meet the minimum requirements of the position under consideration.
Emergency Hires are not used for all positions. Therefore there is no guarantee that a placement may be available at any given time.

How are Emergency Hires Selected

When an emergency hire becomes available candidates that meet the qualifications for the position will be sent to the hiring manager for consideration.
