How Does the Emergency Hire Process Work
- An Emergency hire is a temporary position that allows for employment in any urgently needed role.
- An Emergency hire can work for sixty (60) days and shall not exceed two (2) consecutive sixty (60) day periods or one-hundred and twenty (120) total business days. To be considered for an Emergency Hire position the prospective hire must meet the minimum requirements of the position under consideration.
- Emergency Hires are not used for all positions. Therefore there is no guarantee that a placement may be available at any given time.
- If you are looking for immediate employment we would encourage to apply for positions that are currently open and being recruited for.
How are Emergency Hires Selected- When an emergency hire becomes available candidates that meet the qualifications for the position will be sent to the hiring manager for consideration.
- When you are completing the application please provide a thorough employment history and education so that you may be considered for Emergency Hire positions that your qualify for.
- Successful completion of a background check may be required dependent on the position
