Job Purpose
The Customer Acquisition Associate is responsible for acquiring new customers converting leads into active riders/drivers and supporting revenue growth by promoting the companys mobility and leasing solutions. The role focuses on field and inbound sales customer education onboarding support and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition
Identify engage and onboard new customers through field sales referrals walk-ins and inbound leads.
Promote company products and services lease-to-own.
Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain pricing contracts and value propositions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Lead Management & Conversion
Follow up on assigned leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Convert qualified leads into signed customers by guiding them through the sales funnel.
Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to close deals.
Customer Onboarding Support
Support new customers through the onboarding process including documentation and initial training coordination.
Ensure customers clearly understand contract terms payment structures and operational expectations.
Hand over onboarded customers smoothly to the Training team.
Reporting & Administration
Submit daily and weekly sales activity and performance reports.
Maintain accurate records of prospects conversions and customer feedback.
Share market insights competitor activity and customer feedback with the Sales Lead.
Collaboration & Compliance
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field (preferred).
13 years of experience in sales customer acquisition or field sales (experience in mobility telecoms fin tech or asset financing is an advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
