- 37 years of experience as a Product Manager preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of retail operations merchandising and customer journeys
- Experience with product management tools (JIRA Confluence Aha etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced data-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with omnichannel retail (online offline)
- Knowledge of POS systems inventory management or loyalty programs
- Agile/Scrum product management experience
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
