We are looking for a Sales Relationship Manager to acquire new customers manage existing client relationships and drive sales of insurance and banking products. The role involves understanding customer needs offering suitable financial solutions and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new customers through field sales referrals and existing networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Promote and sell insurance and banking products such as life insurance general insurance loans and investment products
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance documentation and servicing
- Ensure timely follow-ups renewals and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales and relationship management abilities

- Good negotiation and presentation skills
Qualifications :
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred)
