Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team in Ongwediva. This role is critical to expanding our market presence building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth within the local community. As a Salesperson you will be the frontline representative of our brand responsible for identifying new business opportunities delivering exceptional customer service and achieving individual and team sales targets. You will work closely with marketing initiatives to promote products and services ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling in-person visits and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the sales manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system including customer interactions leads and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and leverage customer insights for campaign optimization.
  • Stay current on product knowledge industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
  • Attend sales meetings training sessions and team briefings to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback on customer preferences market conditions and product performance to management.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • 12 years of proven experience in sales preferably in retail consumer goods or B2C services.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer profiles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of motivation resilience and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for field visits and client meetings.
  • Willingness to travel within the Ongwediva region and surrounding areas as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant diploma or degree in Business Marketing or Sales is an advantage.
