As a Salesperson you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert product recommendations and technical support. You will work closely with customers including independent garages fleet managers and individual vehicle owners to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions. With a strong emphasis on product knowledge problem-solving and teamwork this position offers a dynamic environment where you can grow professionally while contributing to the success of a trusted brand in the European automotive sector.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through in-store phone and online channels to provide expert advice on automotive parts and accessories.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Euro car brands (e.g. BMW Mercedes-Benz Audi Volkswagen Porsche) and their specific components.
Accurately identify customer needs and recommend suitable parts based on vehicle make model year and technical specifications.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about new arrivals promotions and technical updates.
Process sales transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in maintaining store displays stock levels and inventory organization to support sales operations.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance product and service expertise.

Requirements

Requirements:

01 year of relevant work experience in sales customer service or the automotive industry (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Demonstrated product knowledge of European car brands and their parts including familiarity with common models and technical terminology.
Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer issues and recommend effective solutions.
High level of attention to detail in order processing part identification and inventory management.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and support collective goals.
Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive aftermarket sector.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required for certain locations.
