Operations Manager – Mid

Eagle Harbor Solutions LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an Operations Manager Mid with a TS/SCI security clearance to support EHS and our government customer at the Pentagon Arlington VA. This includes but is not limited to the following:Analyzing existing operational workflows identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance efficiency and and implementing quality assurance programs monitor product or service quality and ensure adherence to established guidance training and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness and to the development and execution of long-term operational strategies aligned with broader OUSD(R&E) key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance analyze data and generate reports for senior potential operational risks develop mitigation strategies and ensure business operations comply with relevant laws regulations industry standards and internal Analysis & Process Improvement:Evaluate existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance productivity streamline processes and optimize resource continuous improvement initiatives using recognized methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).Quality Assurance & Standards Compliance:Develop implement and oversee quality assurance programs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products or adherence to established quality metrics conduct audits and initiate corrective actions as alignment with industry best practices and emerging Training & Performance Management:Provide day-to-day operational leadership to cross-functional teams fostering a culture of accountability and high training coaching and professional development to support team capability and performance evaluations identify skill gaps and implement improvement and Long-Range Operational Planning:Support the development and execution of long-term operational strategies aligned with broader OUSD(R&E) priorities and mission with senior leadership to translate organizational goals into actionable operational Measurement & Reporting:Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational effectiveness and operational data prepare reports and present insights and recommendations to senior analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous Management & Business Continuity:Identify and assess operational risks vulnerabilities and dependencies across processes and and implement mitigation plans to ensure operational resilience and continuity of incident response and post-incident reviews to strengthen future Policy & Standards Compliance:Ensure all operations comply with applicable laws regulations federal guidance and industry up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements and ensure internal policies are with compliance legal and audit stakeholders to address issues -Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational initiatives with organizational effective communication across teams and support collaboration on complex operational :Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a management or technical discipline (e.g. Science Mathematics or Engineering field) is (4) years of specialized experience including military or industry executive assistant experience may be substituted in lieu of specific educational program management education or certification is (3) years of experience as an operations eligibilityOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
