Job Summary

We are seeking a Superintendent for a direct-hire opportunity with a General Contractor in the DMV area.

This position offers full benefits including PTO Medical Dental and Vision Insurance 401k and more!
Salary is between $120k to $125k based on experience.
$950 monthly vehicle allowance plus gas card
Will be working primarily on commercial and government sector projects from new construction to remodels and retrofits

Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent:

Coordinate with subcontractors responsible for each activity and ensure a clear understanding of their project responsibilities per the contract.
Onsite supervision to promptly answer any questions subcontractors have.
Provide clear and frequent communication to Project Team (Ownership Project Manager Architect and Field Construction Manager).
Manage and control budget and labor cost
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Construction Superintendent:

5-10 years of commercial Superintendent construction experience managing projects in excess of 20 million dollars is required
Proficiency in MS Office 360 and Procore
Bachelors in construction management Engineering or related field is a plus
Understanding Primavera and scheduling BIM is a plus
