Job Summary

InfraHire is looking for a Paving Superintendent in Lebanon TN.

Job Description:

Were looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for our paving division. Responsibilities

Lead daily operations for multiple asphalt paving concrete and milling crews and their foremen.
Coordinate daily mobilization of trucks plants equipment materials and jobsite setup.
Review and approve employee timecards daily for accuracy.
Monitor and enforce jobsite safety workmanship quality and production targets.
Attend weekly scheduling/operations meetings and report updates to the Operations Manager.
Ensure crews have the proper tools equipment and resources to perform work efficiently.
Coordinate with lowboy and dump truck drivers to deliver equipment and materials to job sites.
Support job scheduling and resource planning with other Superintendents.
Ensure crews start on time load efficiently and depart promptly each morning.
Communicate plans scope and job requirements clearly to Foremen.

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of asphalt paving operations; able to operate paving equipment such as a paver roller and related machinery.
Comfortable using technology for field operations and reporting (iPhone/iPad/computer).
Valid Drivers License required.
Proven ability to lead teams coach/mentor and build strong crew performance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with clear communication and interpersonal ability.
