L1 Enterprise Operations Engineer

Eagle Harbor Solutions LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an experienced L1 Enterprise Operations Engineer with a Secret security clearance to support EHS and our government customer in Washington DC. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Monitor enterprise server environment for the Department of State communicate and support stakeholder communications resolutions and continuous closely with Systems Administrators on troubleshooting server problems and documentation of all changes issues and problems related to maintaining the reboots on physical and use VMware vSphere client to reboot virtual for manually pinging testing and opening problem outages for servers and web sites that are not to escalate issues to level 2 LAN knowledge of standard and non-standard operating rules procedures and diagnostic techniques to resolve difficult operating and monitor un-cleared workers on Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:3-5 years of experience with IT or computer information with troubleshooting IT with the use of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools including BMC Remedy or ServiceNowKnowledge obf Microsoft Server Operating Systems and VMWare vSphereBachelors Degree in related-field or equivalent Requirement:Secret security clearanceOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
