German Speaking Administrator

Monday Friday 7 am-3:30 pm
14.00 per hour

Our client is looking for a German-speaking administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is primarily administrative with some basic IT tasks making it ideal for someone interested in developing a career in IT. This is a full-time on-site role offering the opportunity to grow within a high-performing organisation.
Duties:
- Providing general support through administrative tasks including data entry and record keeping
- Process equipment requests and ensure timely delivery to colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of tasks updates and user interactions
- Liaise with internal teams and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support basic IT troubleshooting and assist in maintaining efficient IT processes
- Use German language skills to communicate with German-speaking colleagues or clients when required
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English both written and spoken.
- Previous administrative experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively handle challenging situations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
