Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider staff
Manage incoming communications including emails phone calls and correspondence
Maintain accurate student records and update school management information systems
Support attendance monitoring and student data administration
Assist with school admissions and transitions processes
Coordinate meetings events and appointments for staff and leadership
Prepare documentation reports and internal communications
Support the organisation of school events examinations and parents evenings
Maintain confidential records and ensure data protection procedures are followed
Provide a professional first point of contact for visitors parents and external partners
Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to support school operations
Assist with general office administration including filing record keeping and scheduling

Requirements

Experience working in an administrative or office-based role (school experience desirable)

Confidence using Microsoft Office and school management systems
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional and approachable manner when interacting with students and parents
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
