Responsibilities
As our DM Manager youll take the lead in:
- Managing the entire development lifecycle from concept to delivery ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Partnering with HR to recruit hire and build diverse high-performing teams.
- Defining and implementing strategies to optimize development processes and overcome challenges.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management engineering and design to deliver scalable high-quality solutions.

- Allocating resources effectively managing workloads and driving productivity.
- Continuously improving development processes to align with company goals and industry best practices.
