About the role
This is a full time onsite role 5 days per week based within the studio.
The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall performance standards and experience of the studio.
This is a leadership role for someone who is commercially aware people focused and operationally strong. You will drive revenue manage the team protect standards and ensure every client experience reflects The Ten Way.
You will act as the key link between studio operations and senior leadership ensuring consistency accountability and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
Studio Performance and Revenue
Drive studio revenue and deliver against income targets
Build local relationships and corporate opportunities
Monitor class occupancy retention and revenue performance
Support growth through promotions outreach and client engagement
Review studio performance data and take proactive action
Team Leadership and Development
Lead manage and develop the studio team
Recruit onboard and support Trainers and Front of House
Manage rotas performance and absence
Conduct probation reviews performance reviews and regular one to ones
Confidently handle difficult conversations relating to performance change and conduct
Provide clear constructive and helpful feedback
Set expectations and hold the team accountable to standards
Lead by example in professionalism and accountability
Client Experience
Ensure fast courteous and efficient responses to all enquiries
Maintain a welcoming professional and positive studio environment
Support client retention and long term relationships
Oversee Front of House standards and daily operations
Step into classes where required to support business continuity
Operations and Compliance
Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained
Monitor class numbers and timetable performance
Manage stock control and equipment inventory
Maintain accurate studio administration and checklists
Ensure compliance with Ten policies and procedures
