The Customer Development Associate (CDA) is an accelerated developmental role. The CDA will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure thetimelyand successful delivery of solutions according to customer addition the CDA will gain experience and exposure to business this role you will:

• Develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholderscustomerand executive sponsors

• Maintain and enhance open communication channels with internal departments and customers

• Providetimelyresponse to team requests and correspondence with a flexible results-based approach to resolving issues anddeterminingnext steps

• Ensure the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

• Inventory andsalesforecasting for assigned customers

• Clearly communicate the progress of projects and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

• Identifyopportunities for process and sales improvements and collaborate with others to execute

• Contribute whenrequired in situations projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities toassistin the accomplishment of business objectives

• Contribute to the achievement of business and personalobjectivesbyseekingand responding to performance and development feedback

• Management of company portfolio on customer ecommerce platforms collaborating with team members and cross-functional teams as necessary

• University degree

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Sales or in theConsumer PackagedGoods industrywould be an asset
