Job Summary
Our client URGENTLY requires an ICT Program Manager for a 12 months Contract in Brisbane.
The ICT Program Manager oversee the delivery of the Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) for a large government department. You will work directly with the Executive Director of HCMS taking guidance and direction from them while leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Skills and Experience required include:
- 5-7 years of program management experience At least 3 years on enterprise-wide HRIS implementation preferably with SuccessFactors EC ECP and HCM.
- Strong understanding of HCMS modules cloud-based HR solutions and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in managing cross-functional program teams including stakeholder governance forums including IT HR legal and finance.
- PRINCE2 or Project Management certification and SAP SuccessFactors or relevant HRIS certification are desirable.
Government experience would be advantageous.
