Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage all production activities on the 2nd shift to meet daily output quality and safety goals.

Lead and motivate a team of production employees ensuring accountability and adherence to company standards.

Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work environment.

Collaborate with other supervisors and management to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent communication.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Maintain accurate production records and report shift performance metrics.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or laboratory production environment.

Strong leadership and workforce management skills; ability to hold employees accountable while fostering a positive culture.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.

Knowledge of GMP safety regulations and quality standards (pharmaceutical or laboratory experience preferred).

Ability to work 2nd shift schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
