Job Summary
DNB Latvia branch is a part of Norways leading bank DNB. Join our dynamic team that handles payments and claims processes as well as IT Testing services for DNB international branches in Sweden Denmark Germany Finland and London.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle all types of payment efficiently and accurately according to procedures
- Monitor requests and take an action based on the instructions
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders across borders Skills and abilities
We are looking for:
- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
- Experience and knowledge in payments handling reconciliation and claims or in the financial sphere is an advantage
- Accuracy with numbers
- Good emotional intelligence and stress resistance
- Strong cooperation and interpersonal skills excellent communication abilities
- Quick learner with a curious and open mindset
