Approvals & Compliance:Oversee the process for obtaining essential approvals (NOC IOD CC OC) from authorities like DTCP RERA PWD Electricity Board Forest Dept. etc. and ensure compliance with norms.
Project Support:Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Design Legal) and external consultants to resolve issues manage documentation and facilitate smooth project flow.
Land & Site Management:Handle land acquisition site acquisition and related processes including mutation entries.
Reporting & Strategy:Update senior management on approval status regulatory changes and potential risks providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Essential Skills & Knowledge
Regulatory Knowledge:Deep understanding of specific local regulations (e.g. DCPR UDCPR MOEF norms RERA guidelines).
