Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and respectful environment that values teamwork and professional growth. As part of a well-established organization you will play a key role in supporting various projects and teams particularly focusing on medium to large construction accounts. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility with 2-3 days per week.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $70000 annually

Responsibilities
- Serve as a floater assisting with various projects and supporting different teams as needed
- Work on medium to large construction accounts with a focus on contractors and construction niches
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working on medium to large construction accounts
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are highly valued
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork attention to detail adaptability and excellent communication skills are essential
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid setting with 2-3 days per week in the office
