Our client is a local tax firm located in Fall River MA seeking two reliable bilingual (Portuguese & English) individuals to join our team on a temporary part-time assignment for this tax season!
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who is friendly organized and comfortable communicating with clients. Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls assisting clients and providing translation support for the firms owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Translate conversations between Portuguese- and English-speaking clients and staff
- Provide general office and client support as needed
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
