Veterinary Eye Institute (VEI) is the leadingveterinarian-ownedand led network of stand-alone ophthalmology help ourpatientreceive advanced medical treatments and innovations. We treat things like cataracts glaucoma uveitis ulcers sudden blindness and so much more! We are looking for collaborative and driven people to join our clinical team
We are looking for: Client Service Representative (CSR)
Proposed Schedule: Monday Tuesday Thursday 7:45 - 6:00 Friday 7:45 - 5:00
The rightcandidate enjoys working with people and their petsis caring friendly and efficient. Someone who creates awarm and welcomingimpression andremainsprofessional and courteouswhile handling multiple tasks.
We are searching for someone whofirmly believesin the quality of care we provide and can communicate this sense of assurance to additionunderstandsour services and recommendations and clearlycommunicatethem to clients.
The ideal applicant can empathize with clients and remain compassionate and well mannered.Remainingcalm and collected in the face ofemergency situations.
Whatyoulldo:
  • Greet and check-in clients
  • Answer telephones and transfer calls
  • Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms
  • Manage medical records chartsreportsand correspondence
  • Discuss payment options and process payments
  • Communicationbetween clients and staff
  • Maintain a neat and clean lobby
Whoyou are:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette
  • Attention to detail self-motivated and the ability to work successfully as part of a team and autonomously
  • Sense of urgency within a fast-paced environment
  • Some flexibility with work hours and able to workadditionalhours when necessary
  • Critical thinking skills and ability toanticipateneeds inter & intra-departmentally
  • Ability to stay ontaskand work energetically for entire shift sometimes up to 10 hours per day
  • Eager to learn more about diseases and medication specific to ophthalmology
