Job Summary

Job Title: FL-DOE-OSFA-Customer Service Representative
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Tallahassee FL (onsite)
Contract Duration: Contract until 06/30/2026
Work Hours: The position is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

High school diploma general education degree or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support a plus
