Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support a plus
