Job Summary
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records including journals and ledgers.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist in audits and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to accounting.
- Provide support to the Accounting Manager as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field preferably from a well-known / reputable university.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented accurate and well-organized.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new systems or processes.
