- Handle enquiries through meetings calls emails and live chat ensuring timely follow-up.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Experience in admissions administration customer service or finance preferably within an international school environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management systems (e.g. SIMS).
- Strong interpersonal organizational and data management skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
