Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support financial accuracy and compliance across our group of businesses (consumer nutrition mens wellness and healthcare clinics).

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Accounting in daily operations and month-end/year-end closing.
Review and ensure accuracy of financial reports (P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Trial Balance).
Record and monitor daily transactions (sales purchases expenses) in the accounting system.
Perform reconciliations (bank AR/AP marketplace settlement inventory and intercompany transaction).
Prepare and review journal entries (accruals prepayments depreciation reclassifications).
Ensure completeness of accounting records in line with PSAK/IFRS.
Monitor AR collection AP payments and inventory accounting (stock opname COGS).
Maintain proper documentation and support internal/external audit.
Strengthen internal control and support Associate Accounting in financial analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
23 years of accounting experience preferably in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Distribution / Retail.
Solid understanding of financial accounting and bookkeeping principles AR/AP reporting and inventory accounting.
Proficient in accounting/ERP software (e.g. Accurate Odoo or similar).
Skilled in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reconciliations and reporting.
Detail-oriented accurate and able to work with tight deadlines.
High integrity discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
