Job Summary

Job Title: Dual Registered Childrens Home Manager
Location: Warrington (WA1 & WA2)
Salary: Up to 75000 (Base 55000 - 60000 Outstanding/Good Ofsted & Placement Retention Bonuses)
Working Hour: Full Time
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs (12 children)
Qualifications Required: Level 5 (or working towards)
Experience in Years Required: Must have previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years
Employment Type: Permanent

The Home:

Number of Beds: Home 1 1 bed Home 2 2 beds
Location: Warrington (WA1 & WA2)
Type of YPs: EBD / Therapeutic needs
Ofsted Rating: Registration ready / planning approved
Ratio of staff to children: Small manageable homes

Who we are looking for

Experienced in managing Ofsted-regulated childrens homes.
Level 5 qualified (or working towards).
Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge.
Confident in leading registration and inspections.
Values therapeutic trauma-informed care.
