About Us
As a Duty & Safety Management Trainee you will support the Rooms and F&B Department and the Management Team in managing daily operations within a luxury hotel environment. You will assist with ensuring a safe and guest-oriented environment in an organization where service at the highest level is central.

This internship provides hands-on experience in management safety and high-end guest experience. You will work closely with almost all departments in the hotel. The perfect internship to discover and get to know a hotel in its whole.

What You Will Do
Representing management in their absence Overseeing the F&B and Rooms departments and analyzing where support is needed Preventing complaints of guests and incidents by acting proactively and appropriately where necessary Learning to resolve ad hoc situations that could harm the hotel its employees and guests Performing room inspections to ensure our standards are met Ensuring a consistently high level of memorable 5-star luxury guest experiences across all departments of the hotel Conducting regular security rounds throughout the hotel and outside the premises Being aware of VIP arrivals and events in order to deploy the appropriate staffing levels.
